Data collected & purposes

• Bookings (name, email, information you share) via Calendly, to schedule a call.
• Analytics (page views, device, browsing data) via Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager, to improve the site.
• Contact (WhatsApp, email) when you reach out, to answer your request.

Legal bases

Your consent (analytics cookies), the legitimate interest ofCLIENT FIRST (improving the site, answering requests), and the performance of pre-contractual steps (bookings).

Recipients & processors

Your data may be processed by our technical providers acting as processors: Vercel (hosting), Google (analytics), Calendly (bookings) and Sanity (content management). Some of these providers are located outside the European Union; transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses).

Retention

Data is kept only as long as necessary for the purposes above, then deleted or anonymised: booking and contact data up to 3 years after the last exchange; analytics data up to 14 months.

The site uses analytics cookies (Google Analytics) set with your consent, and technical cookies necessary for the site to work. You can manage your preferences via your browser settings.
